  • 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 14 ounces coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayo (preferably avocado oil)
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • Fresh lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, coat shrimp with taco seasoning and garlic powder.
  2. For the sauce, mix yogurt, mayo, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and remaining taco seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat with avocado oil. Cook the seasoned shrimp until pink and charred on both sides.
  4. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix with chopped cilantro and salt; add most of the sauce and mix gently.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 10 seconds per side.
