- 1 ounce package red gelatin (such as JELL-O Gelatin in Strawberry flavor)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (such as JELL-O Gelatin in Berry Blue flavor)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 4” lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water; microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved.
- Stir in 1.5 cups marshmallows; microwave for another minute until melting occurs. Whisk until combined and pour into the prepared dish. Refrigerate until set.
- Repeat steps with blue gelatin and remaining warm water. Once the red layer is set, pour the blue mixture on top and refrigerate again.
- After both layers are set, cut into strips and roll each strip into pinwheels, inserting a lollipop stick into each.
