- 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- Boiling water (for the water bath)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Wrap a 9-inch springform pan in tin foil and lightly grease it.
- Combine graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
