Instructions
- Prepare the apple filling by cooking diced apples with butter, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and flour until tender.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- Make the batter by mixing dry ingredients separately from creamed butter and sugar. Combine both mixtures with milk.
