- 4 beef short ribs
- 1 pound Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
- 2 28-ounce cans whole peeled tomatoes

- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a roasting pan, combine red wine, olive oil, beef short ribs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
