  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break Boursin cheese into chunks and evenly distribute over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. For a golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
