- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 8 large eggs
- 2 and 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Cube the bread and layer half in the pan.
