  • 16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl; mix well and press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Refrigerate while you make the filling.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla until combined. Gently fold in mashed bananas.
