Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.

- For baked salmon bites: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cooked salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- For air-fried salmon: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Cook salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Toss cooked salmon bites in the bang bang sauce or drizzle on top before serving.
