  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. For baked salmon bites: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cooked salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. For air-fried salmon: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Cook salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Toss cooked salmon bites in the bang bang sauce or drizzle on top before serving.
