- 1 medium head broccoli
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks and the onion into 1 inch pieces. Place on a lined sheet pan.
- Toss sweet potatoes and onion with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and chipotle powder. Bake for 20 minutes.
