- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes; rinse under cold water.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sear seasoned steak until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove from the skillet.
- Sauté broccoli with water covered for about 2 minutes until tender.
- Return steak and noodles to the skillet; pour in the sauce and stir until heated through (1-2 minutes).
