  • ½ cup cookie butter spread (Biscoff recommended)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 9” square pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt butter and mix with cookie butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Top with broken pieces of Biscoff cookies. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are golden.
