Ingredients
- 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 7 Biscoff Cookies
Instructions
- Grease a mixing bowl and an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan.
- In the greased bowl, combine Rice Krispies Cereal and broken pieces of 6 Biscoff Cookies.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together. Once melted, add marshmallows and stir until about 75% melted; then remove from heat and continue stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mix and stir until well coated. Press into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle crushed remaining Biscoff Cookie on top and press down gently.
- Allow cooling for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
