  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Make the streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cold butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly. Chill while you prepare the dough.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Whisk together remaining flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients without overmixing.
  4. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  5. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, dollop blueberry jam on top, and swirl gently.
  6. Sprinkle chilled streusel topping over each cookie dough round.
