  • For Ganache: 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Melt the semisweet chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk melted chocolate mixture with sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until it simmers; pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
