Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
- Place about ⅓ cup of the filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper. Moisten the edges with water.
