  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheeses.
  4. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish. Spread chicken mixture over the rolls.
  5. Add remaining cheeses on top and cover with the top half of the rolls.
  6. Brush tops with the butter mixture evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
