  • 45 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1012 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 box (11 ounces) Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • Freshly shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 to 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat a casserole dish with melted butter.
  3. Layer shredded chicken evenly over the butter.
  4. Add frozen peas and carrots on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle combined spices over the vegetables.

  7. Mix milk, biscuit mix, and half seasoning packet; pour over top.
