- 4 cloves garlic, minced (2 for beef mixture, 2 for sauce)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, optional red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of cooking water.
