Ingredients
- 2 medium eggplants
- Olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 egg
- Fresh basil
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
