- 12 oz egg noodles (prepared)

- 1 Tbsp diced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 oz jar pasta sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the hamburger over medium-high heat until browned. Add diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and salt; stir until softened.
- Stir in pasta sauce and combine well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, soften cream cheese for about 1 minute.
- In a 9"x13" baking dish, mix cooked egg noodles, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and Parmesan until combined; fold in hamburger mixture.
