  • 1/2 cup corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1012 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
