  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; fold into the wet mixture until combined. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  3. For the mousse, melt semisweet chocolate with milk over low heat; let cool slightly. Whip chilled cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the chocolate mixture.
  4. Once brownies are cooled, spread mousse evenly on top and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
