Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into the pan and press seams together. Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
- Roll out the second can of dough and place over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
