- 1 serrano pepper (or 2 jalapeños), sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, halved

- ¾ to 1 cup water

Instructions

- Season salmon with salt and place it in the pan, ensuring it's coated with sauce. Cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes, spooning sauce over the fish halfway through.
