- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for streusel topping)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cubed butter until crumbly; set aside some for topping.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed. Fill muffin liners two-thirds full and top with reserved streusel.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; allow to cool before serving.
