  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12-count King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • Cowboy butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking dish (7×11 inches) with cooking spray.
  2. Split the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared dish.
  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter over the bottom halves.
  4. Layer with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top and brush with another 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice into individual sliders, serve warm with extra cowboy butter if desired.
