Ingredients
- 3-pound head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese

- Fresh bread crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Steam or boil cauliflower florets in salted water until just tender (5-6 minutes). Drain well.
