  • 10 whole cloves garlic

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce (can sub Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour (for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Dredge in flour until well coated.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté whole garlic cloves until golden brown and aromatic.
  4. Add chicken broth, bouillon cube, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, mustard powder, and remaining flour to the skillet; whisk together and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
