  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir and bring to a simmer.
  4. Gradually mix in reserved pasta water and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return shrimp to skillet along with red pepper flakes if using; toss well.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
