  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens.
  6. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; stir in mozzarella until smooth.
