- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup tempura batter mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1–2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 avocados, diced
- 8 strips Applewood bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- ½ cup red onion, diced small
- 1–2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 cups Romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 cups leafy green lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
