Ingredients

  • 2.5 donuts (plus 0.5 for garnish)
  • 2 eggs
  • 450 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  2. In the same appliance, blend the donut crumbs with milk, eggs, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Cook the mixture at 90ºC on speed 4 for 10 minutes or heat in a saucepan over low heat until thickened.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and let cool completely.
  5. Garnish with pieces of the reserved half donut before serving.
