Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate and caramel chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until set but soft in the center. Cool on wire racks.
