- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix quick oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
- Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture and press the rest firmly into the bottom of the pan for the crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter until melted smooth; pour over the crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top, followed by M&M's and optional sprinkles; gently press down.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan; cool before cutting into bars.
