  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the mixture.
  5. Layer frozen tater tots on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
