- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic and spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella (2 cups), eggs, Parmesan (½ cup), parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Layer ¾ cup sauce in the baking dish. Place three noodles on top, then add ⅓ of the cheese mixture followed by ¼ of the meat sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
