Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, egg, and warm water until smooth.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
