  • 2 cups Minute rice (white or brown)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking pan with butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and rice until blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with chicken breasts.
