Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies (230 grams)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 8 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate (melted)
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow cooling.
- In a bowl, beat sugar and eggs until thick. Melt bittersweet chocolate, let cool slightly, then combine with egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add room temperature butter gradually while mixing until fluffy.
