  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips until smooth. Let cool for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, coffee granules, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Stir the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
