Ingredients

- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Cut into 1” cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
