  • For the glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest until smooth.
