Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
