- 5 (4-ounce) links hot Italian sausage
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bell peppers and onions with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Poke holes in each sausage link with a toothpick to prevent bursting while grilling.
- Place vegetables in a grill basket and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add sausages directly onto the grill grate; grill one side for 4 minutes.
- Flip sausages and stir vegetables; continue grilling for another 4 minutes until everything is cooked through.
