  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 avocado (sliced or mashed)
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro, lime juice, garlic

Instructions
