- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally up to 4 hours).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess.
