  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Season shrimp with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with buttermilk, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bread each shrimp by dipping in flour, then buttermilk, followed by panko.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until shimmering.
