  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 3 large eggs (for pudding topping)
  • 1 box (5 oz) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, blend ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and room temperature eggs until smooth. Pour into the baking dish.
