  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tomato paste
  • Chicken broth
  • Bowtie pasta
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add uncooked bowtie pasta; reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for about 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  6. Serve hot topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
